Thursday Afternoon Run
We have some bad news from the Salt. Bronze Aussie had a run late yesterday afternoon. The car passed through the 4 mile marker at 267mph and was pushing faster. Between the 4th & 5th mile the car has spun. This has caused the car to roll over.
Lionel walked away from the rollover and is 100% ok. It is testimate to the construction of the car that he was able to walk away from this high speed incident

Thursday Midday Update
Update from Thursday mornings run. Bronze Aussie has run 270.2mph (434.84 km/h) on its run. This is just shy of the best speed Bronze Aussie has run previously of 272mph. The team will be bolting on a set of new tyres and will keep working on the engine tune a little more. Plans are that they will have another run later this afternoon.
Monday and Tuesday from Speedweek 2018
Our first update from the salt is a positive one. The car has had 3 runs so far and all has performed well in all of these The team had a shakedown run at 204mph yesterday to make sure all systems were in order and check for any issue.
The team then had a run this morning and got to 234mph but the wind was quite gusty at the emd of the track so Lionel made the decision to back out a little early. The car still ran 234mph

Getting ready to load Bronze Aussie
The final checks and balances are now being completed on Bronze Aussie as we prepare to load the car for its long journey to Lake Gairdner.


Final Aerodynamic Touches Being Made
Bronze Aussie has had a couple of small aerodynamic changes over the past couple of days with some changes to the side skirts and around the bonnet.
