Bronze Aussie 2020 Update

Well 2020 is definitely a year we may want to forget and get through safely; We hope everyone is going well and getting into something that keeps them happy and strong with so much going on.

It’s great to share that the team of Bronze Aussie are chipping away (when they can) rebuilding the new Bronze Aussie after the huge high speed flip and roll over at about 250mph which mostly destroyed the Holden VR Commodore “Bronze Aussie”.

With the rebuild the team is aiming for a faster salt racer hoping to punch into 300mph.

The work covered in this post shows the progress/build where the team have placed in a “dummy” big block v8 engine and also shows fabrication work on the custom front-end, designed for high speed and more front wheel caster.

About the v8 engine; The real and mean big block V8 engine that will power the Bronze Aussie will be supplied & built by Nankervis performance engines and will need a lot of design and custom fabrications, the completed power plant with all bolt-ons needs to be built at a lower overall height allowing the big block V8 engine to fit with-in the much lower and sleeker front bonnet height.

Please follow and share Bronze Aussie’s journey/build Together towards 300mph – Add your name to Bronze Aussie roof; bronzeaussie300mph.com/merchandise

We sincerely thank all family friends, sponsors, supporters & welcome new.
